The richly decorated, brightly colored porcelains later found their way to Europe through the Dutch East India Company. This rich history extends today to the Marais, in Paris, thanks to Made by Kihara.

The only boutique in France from this producer from Arita, it has just opened its doors on rue des Filles-du-Calvaire to present the Japanese know-how of pure.
The store, inspired by concept stores and Japanese artisan workshops, offers several collections of objects (Kihara originals, Tensha porcelain, Archives, etc.) displayed, without fuss, on transport crates.
There are square bowls, rectangular plates, tea or sake cups, teapots, trays, sauce boats, soliflores. In short, all the essential items for the kitchen, table and home.

There are a lot of whites and cobalt blue, a few touches of color, and a lot of delicacy. It's simple and minimalist. It's beautiful and relaxing. And for gifts, there is plenty to do there.
