Blue of Cocagne

makes our life bluer

Welcome to Bleu de Cocagne.

We develop unique and ecological clothing with the desire to promote the know-how of the artisans with whom we collaborate. Our policy is to promote proximity. All our items are made in France or Portugal.

Blue from the Pastel flower (also called Waide or Guède) is at the heart of our creations. Beige and brown based on onion and gall nut enrich the color palette. Artisanal dyeing makes each piece unique.

Each item is delicately immersed in the tank. It takes about 6 baths to achieve a deep, even color. For technical reasons, certain products, such as wool sweaters, are dyed in an industrial environment, in Italy or Portugal.

All our materials are natural with a strong presence of Linen. Linen is a particularly ecological fiber. Its rustic appearance is enhanced by the vegetable dye which develops a patina over time.

Our policy is to promote proximity. The items are made in France or Portugal.
