The Tiramisserie

Born from a childhood memory, La Tiramisserie, created by Tracy Sadoun, is revolutionizing tiramisu in Paris with two locations, the most recent of which is in the Marais.

The Tiramisserie

Right next to Place des Vosges (4th arrondissement), a bar dedicated to the most famous of Italian desserts has opened. Here, mamma mia, is the place for inclusive indulgence! The tiramisus are creamy and light, lactose-free (on weekends), gluten-free (on request), and even a raspberry-lemon version (but without the coffee—in which every tiramisu biscuit is dipped—to suit children's tastes).

The Tiramisserie

With eight flavors on the menu (pistachio, praline, matcha, speculoos, raspberry, Dubai chocolate, etc.), Tiramisserie offers discovery boxes of 4 or 6 slices as well as large-format tiramisus (up to 10 slices to share) starting at 17 euros.

Passed down to Tracy Sedoun by her Italian grandmother, the family recipe was tested by her roommates during Covid. It then went viral on Instagram and Deliveroo. This convinced the former consultant to open a boutique in the 17th arrondissement in 2024 and in the Marais this summer.

The Tiramisserie

Located on Rue de Birague, not far from the Saint-Paul metro station, this pocket-sized restaurant is a phenomenal success, selling 350 slices per day. You can also eat in (there are a few seats) with a Terres de Café coffee, matcha, or tea.
