The Magic of the 80s, 90s and 2000s at the Iconic Festival

From November 10 to December 1, 2024, the Carreau du Temple in Paris will host the first edition of the Iconic 80, 90, 00's Festival, an immersive journey through three decades that marked an entire generation.

The event promises a dive into the past through an exhibition of 99 cult objects, silent witnesses of these bygone eras. A big zapping will bring back to life the most memorable television moments, while immersive boxes will offer fun experiences such as blind tests and karaoke.

Retro video game fans will not be left out with an arcade area that will delight memories of the smoky rooms of the 80s and 90s. For those nostalgic for sliding, a 400 m² track will be dedicated to quad rollers, these four-wheeled skates emblematic of the disco years. To rent 5 euros / session.

An opening night is planned for November 12 at 20 p.m., to kick off the festivities in style.

• Roller Party: A 400 m² roller skating rink awaits you to dance to the hits of years gone by. Quad rollers will be available for hire for those who wish to relive the sensations of sliding.

• Retro-gaming: Video game fans, enjoy the arcade machines and retro consoles for a nostalgic session.

• Immersive boxes: Take part in blind tests and karaoke to test your knowledge of pop culture from the 80s to the 2000s.

• Wall of Fame: Admire a collection of magazine articles, vinyls and posters that celebrate the icons of these decades.

• Food court: Treat yourself to food and drinks inspired by 80s, 90s and 2000s culture.

• Opening night: On November 12 at 20 p.m., an opportunity to celebrate the launch of the festival in style.
