Sixty years after her death, Marilyn still embodies the eternal feminine.
In the heart of the Marais, Joseph gallery, the Monroe Experience offers a digital and poetic exhibition until November 21, to better understand the myth and the woman, a start-up before her time, entrepreneur and modern for the time (sexual freedom , psychoanalysis etc.).
Benoît, director, and Stéphanie, screenwriter and director, took a liking to the star after reading her unique biography “Unfinished Confession, Marilyn by Marilyn” (Robert Laffont).

From there was born a play that went on tour throughout France and to the Forum des images, followed by this exhibition as playful as it is original. We will do a quiz, we will listen to an interview with Amy Greene, friend of Marilyn and wife of Milton Greene whose photos are exhibited here, some well known, others less so.
Then, upstairs, equipped with a virtual reality headset, we immerse ourselves for twenty minutes into the life of the star, with the help of sound and visual archives. This totally deconstructs the myth of the dumb blonde. This experience is accompanied by eight minutes of podcasts.
