Pushing open the door of the "Amoureuses", very close to Bastille, is like entering a wine estate. Or almost. Not that the elegant and minimalist decor particularly evokes the vine, the terroir or a winery. But the wine list and the expertise of the lady of the house do not deceive: here, we are in the home of connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

Passionate about oenology? Alena Lamposlskaïa, the co-founder, is so passionate that she organized tastings by Zoom during the Covid era! Today, she is at the helm of Les Amoureuses, a highly recommended address that takes its name from a plot of a 1er cru Chambolle-Musigny, considered by many to be a great Burgundy vintage.
For two years now, she has been offering an original selection of wines that are not often seen (and drunk). Her cellar contains 200 references, including 32 different champagnes. "We know all the winemakers whose wines we sell. And we have tested them one by one," says Alena. The overwhelming majority of the bottles are organic or natural," she specifies.
Another strong point: the owner, always attentive to her customers, provides judicious and individualized advice.

Mature cheeses from Ferme d'Alexandre, including a wonderful mature cheddar, sit alongside homemade pickles prepared according to Alena's grandmother's recipe. For seafood lovers, the bar offers tarama, caviar and smoked trout, on blinis from Maison Kaviari.
Prices: glasses of wine from 7 to 16 euros; bottles from 32 euros. Good to know: the house, which opens from mid-afternoon until late in the evening, also serves as a wine merchant.

UNE LITTLE THIRST ?
Saka, a cocktail bar like in Tokyo
Here is an address which gives the measure of the transformation of the Marais. And enough to silence the grumpy people whose mantra is: “It was better before…” No, everything was not better “before” in le Marais. Besides, there was no American bar like Saka, which cultivates a form of excellence that can only be found in Japan.
La Perla, the Latino “happy hour”
It's 19 p.m. on this Friday evening when we push open the door of La Perla, at the corner of rue François-Miron and rue du Pont-Louis-Philippe, in the 4th. Opened in the 1990s, this tequila bar is part of the Marais landscape. And it has proven itself.
3 lesbian bars to meet up in
We often talk about the Marais "gay district", a "gay bar" or even "gay pride", but what about the spaces designed by and for queer women, and in particular lesbian women? To restore this parity, Le Marais Mood gives you an overview of the best lesbian bars in the Marais!

Heritage Days 2024: the secrets of the Marais
Le Marais, an architectural showcase of historic Paris, is preparing to reveal its hidden treasures during the 2024 Heritage Days. This district, once a marshland that became a stronghold of the nobility in the XNUMXth century, is home to an exceptional density of private mansions and historic buildings, silent witnesses to the splendor of yesteryear.
Private cruise on the Seine: a perfect moment
Like the Olympic athletes at the opening ceremony, Le Marais Mood embarked on a cruise on the Seine. But for a private cruise, in a small group (six passengers), with champagne on tap. This is what Green River Cruises offers for 450 euros for a one and a half hour cruise.
