In the Saint-Paul metro station, on a corner of rue François Miron, nestles the restaurant-brasserie Au Bourguignon du Marais.
In a classic chic style combining woodwork and English green, the old Burgundian wine cellar displays its regional origins on the walls, between Beaune and Auxerre.
The paintings of castles follow one another under the halo of wall lights and in front of the bouquets of flowers.

Since 2015, the Delcher family has taken over the premises in the Burgundian tradition, even if its roots are in Auvergne while those of chef Thierry Blanchet are in Berry.
Here we favor everything homemade and small producers. The meat comes from Aubrac, the fruits and vegetables from Ile de France. On the menu, Burgundian specialties compete for the spotlight; the six large snails are 12 euros, the beef bourguignon served with new potatoes and mushrooms is 25 euros.

Finally, the profiteroles with vanilla ice cream from Berthillon at 14 euros will delight your taste buds.
A glass of red wine is 9 euros.
A great time in an authentic setting.
