In Kébi there are kibbehs that smell like Beirut. Or rather: a variation of this croquette from the Levant, in the shape of a balloon and made from crushed bulgur stuffed with meat and served with hummus, cucumber with yogurt, labneh etc.

Since April 2022, at the very beginning of rue de Turenne, Marc Naaman has been revisiting and adapting this popular dish which moves the entire Middle East to the Caucasus, from Turkey to Armenia via Syria, Lebanon, Egypt. It is served on pretty colorful plates signed by chef Yotam Assaf Ottolenghi.
Generous like a friend who welcomes you into his home, this former Häagen-Dazs executive offers an assortment of amazing appetizers (mezzé), starters, main courses and desserts, delicious and sprinkled with comforting spices.

Here are kebbeh in chips, sticks (with tarama), in the form of club sandwiches or even in perfect spheres. With raw tuna, beef, prawns, squid, foie gras or even seasonal vegetables.
In short, there are endless variations on the theme of Lebanon with real vegetarian, vegan friendly and gluten free alternatives.
