Jogging Festival 2022 at Carreau du Temple, ©Le Marais Mood – Temple tile
The Paris Olympics are approaching and, as for almost 3 years, the Carreau du Temple has been preparing for them with its usual enthusiasm... Needless to say, the event will be flamboyant.
This third edition joyfully interweaves creativity, surpassing oneself and inclusiveness for everyone.
Since no one is supposed to be unaware that this institution, nestled in Haut-Marais, has sporting, artistic and well-being practices in its DNA.
Indeed, the Carreau du Temple welcomes students from local schools for their PE lessons, or even more than 80 musical and sporting disciplines (from Yoga, to dance, including fencing, Krav maga, etc.) without count internships (300/year).
Building on this heritage, over 5 days the Carreau du Temple will offer a wealth of shows that question and subvert sporting codes: a roller dance party, inclusive and para-sport sports classes, contemporary art installations, participatory workshops, a photo exhibition…
But also Discofoot, dance juke box, male cheerleaders, indirect training, real sports lessons, XXL games.
Proof of the quality of the event, the presence of prestigious companies and artists such as CCN Ballet de Lorraine, Justine Berthillot, Cie Volubilis, Collectif Lova Lova, Collectif YA+K, Colletivo MINE, École des Gobelins, Alice Girard, Maryam Kaba, La PP, Pierre Larauza, Akène Lenoir, Marica Marioni & Juan Ignacio Tula, Thierry Micouin & Pauline Boyer, Ô Captain mon Capitaine, Julie Pujols-Benoit, This is Arnold…
