Sports and shows! Here is the festive program Festival Jogging, 11 au 17 juillet, at the Carreau du Temple, which offers a foretaste of the Olympics (in Tokyo this year and in Paris in 2024) by mixing sporting events, sports lessons, disabled sports, video installations and participatory events.

On the program, during the day: free or paid classes (€5) in hula-hoop, krump, voguing, yoga, aikido, pilates, rollerblading, muay-thai, taught by certified professionals. The badminton courts and ping-pong tables are freely accessible. And disabled sports are not forgotten with blind football (football for the blind), boccia (bowling), kinball (a ball game) and inclusive dances.
The festival is punctuated by shows, in the afternoon or evening, of contemporary dances that involve the body.
But the highlight of the festival will undoubtedly be the Roller dance party on the evening of July 14. When the Carreau du Temple turns into a giant roller track.

Of course, officially, it is not the Marais. But at Son de la Terre, a barge recently moored at the Montebello quay (5th), the 4th arrondissement is in sight.
