Both a roastery and a prominent coffee shop, Café Nuances is shaking up the codes and the caffeine landscape in the heart of Paris. At the helm of this stylish address, reminiscent of an art gallery or a nightclub, are Charles and Raphaël Corot, two brothers passionate about cutting-edge vintages. They offer a selection of traceable specialty coffees, freshly roasted in their workshops.
Nuances Coffee
In this unique place, the menu features five distinct origins with evocative names: Brazilian Slow Dance with chocolate, Burundian Coffee & Cigarettes, or Ethiopian Rose des Sables with notes of lychee and jasmine — to be enjoyed using the gentle method (Chemex, V60) or a classic espresso, each bean revealing its own aromatic spectrum. Sensations guaranteed.
Nuances is also a visual experience, brought to life by a design by Crosby Studios, featuring night bar lighting, mirrored ceilings, stainless steel countertops, and seating worthy of the sculptures by the late French sculptor César. A huge LED wall warms up this radical decor with shades of warm light. These architectural and technological touches give the window display the feel of a large video screen.

With a signature latte (macha rose, salted caramel, or strawberry coconut) or a velvety flat white, we gladly enjoy a brioche from Babka Zana, a macha croissant, or a lemon-sesame cake. Here, we meet knowledgeable coffee lovers, architecture enthusiasts, curious people, and creatives, all seduced by the unique vibe of the place.
