Pride March 2025: the Marais at the heart of LGBTQ+ mobilization

The 2025 Pride March promises to be flamboyant and demanding, crossing Paris on Saturday 28 June, in a high-energy atmosphere which will culminate, as every year, in the Marais.

Departure at 13:30 p.m. from Michel Bizot (12th), then avenue Daumesnil, rue de Lyon, Bastille, boulevard Beaumarchais, to finish at place de la République: a route that crosses the beating heart of the capital.

This edition, orchestrated by Inter-LGBT for its 25th anniversary, is part of a Pride Week (June 21-28) rich in events: concerts, drag shows, screenings, an exhibition on more than 20 years of struggles... But the procession, this year, finds its motorized floats again and sets its sights on trans visibility and the rights of LGBTQ+ youth, a burning issue as conservative offensives multiply in France and elsewhere.

Slogans denouncing job insecurity, discrimination in hiring, and corporate pinkwashing will be featured on the banners. Here, we're marching for equality, but also for the right to dignity and unconditional visibility. Le Marais, the epicenter of the festivities, will be ablaze with concerts, drag shows and parties until the end of the night, reminding us that Pride is as much a celebration as a political act.

In 2025, the Pride March reaffirms that the rainbow is not negotiable: it is displayed, it is claimed, it is danced. In the Marais, more than ever, the celebration is a manifesto.
