Puyricard House

Puyricard Valentine's Day Creation
Puyricard is Provence that bites into your teeth, an artisanal know-how that smells of almond trees in bloom.
Small chocolate jewelry boxes, the "réglettes" reveal wriggling ganaches and crunchy pralines. We melt for their Valentine's Day creation, a trio of gourmet hearts: caramel coated in dark or milk and decorated with blond, raspberry in dark or milk version with a twist of colored white, and hazelnut-feuillantine praline sprinkled with pecans.
Founded in 1968 in a village near Aix-en-Provence, the Puyricard chocolatier shines as far as Paris. The chocolatier offers an ode to retro gourmandise and romanticism.
The "Golden Palets" are the stars of the house and the dark or milk chocolate rocks recall childhood treats. The house also offers chocolate truffle bars for shared moments of indulgence.

at Aldehyde

Imagine spices that whisper more than they shout. Imagine “signature” dishes like these duck ravioli in a full-bodied broth or lamb accompanied by a cloud of mechouia. Imagine that you are dining at Youssef Marzouk (ex-Ritz, ex-Tomy & Co, ex-Tout-Paris), the chef of Aldéhyde who sends out a neo-bistro cuisine that twists his Tunisian roots with a very cerebral audacity. It’s delicate, it’s beautiful, it’s inspired. And we can sense that this discreet chef could see a star hanging from his collar.
With his team of three musketeers – Louis Beaurepaire and Julian Patary in the kitchen; Thibault Blanche in the dining room – Youssef Marzouk takes us into his intimate and warm world. At Aldéhyde, we celebrate love with the right flavors and true emotions, all within kissing distance, in a neat setting.
Special mention for the apple-dill dessert, an unexpected freshness to end the evening in style. Valentine's Day menu: €95 (5 stages) or €120 (7 stages). Prepare yourself for an intense taste journey, where each dish is a declaration of love. Book quickly, places are limited for this evening dedicated to indulgence.
