The Ice Cream Paris

We fell for the Fructus Alba log by David Wesmaël who was Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.) – and it shows. This log is an iced Vacherin that combines Reunion vanilla ice cream with a fruity mango-passion fruit combo, all topped with French meringue and whipped cream. A tangy enchantment that accompanies digestion perfectly.

Bachir Ice Cream

Architectural, the log of this Lebanese ice cream parlor celebrates Paris with magical creations. Exit the cylindrical shape, and make way for the dome of Montmartre and the dome of the Opera.
